VALUATION SERVICES

We carry out valuations for all purposes such as to secure lending, taxation, development, probate, matrimonial, accounts and litigation.

For Bankers we offer a rapid service coupled with a free advice hotline. For business people, we provide appraisal of businesses, both in terms of the trading potential and the state of the property being taken on.

RENT REVIEWS/LEASE RENEWALS

Acting for either Landlords or Tenant we deal with all types of Commercial property and Ground Rent negotiations.

BUILDING & LAND SURVEYING

We have the expertise to carry out most types of commercial and residential building surveys. This may be for a contemplated purchase or to advise on defects or planned maintenance.

For developer clients we are able to provide land surveying and setting out services.

Boundary disputes are dealt with regularly and we accept instructions to re-constitute deed plans where they have been lost or destroyed.

SCHEDULES OF DILAPIDATIONS & CONDITION

As part of our Landlord & Tenant services we are able to prepare and negotiate these schedules and advise clients on their obligations under various forms of lease as well as how to avoid various pitfalls and mitigate their exposure.

RATING

Valuations for Accounts, probate, disposal or litigation are provided with a photographic record on CD ROM if required.
