LONGDEN & COOK COMMERCIAL is a firm of very experienced Chartered Surveyors.
The practice started in 1891 when Joshua Longden set up an office in Manchester and as such it is one of the oldest firms in the city with a wealth of experience in all property matters.

The firm is headed by David M. Chalkin FRICS. A Chartered Surveyor, David has over 30 years experience and is a silver medallist in Commercial Law. He carries out the firm's building surveys and is the principal point of contact for valuations of residential development opportunities and leisure based trading property and for the preparation and negotiation of Schedules of Condition and Dilapidation.

Gareth Kreike BSc (Hons) MRICS, the commercial property investment partner has practiced in Manchester for over a decade with wide experience of working with international clients, banks and high net worth individuals. Gareth is also the point of contact for advice on the value of motor trade properties (petrol filling stations and car dealerships), and professional work (rating, compensation and rent reviews and lease renewals).

We act for clients both large and small, individuals to Public Companies, all treated with the same degree expertise and respect.

In particular we act for most of the major Banks, many private lending organisations, developers and a whole host of lawyers and private clients.
